1. HDPE: (High Density Polyethylene)

HDPE partition are highly demanded for protective packaging of parts & spares by automotive OEM & all other electronics & engineering industries.

  • Flexible, hence retains original shape under impact

  • Can withstand low temperature

  • Low permeability to water

  • Non toxic, therefore suitable for application in foods industry

  • Resistant to chemicals like dilute acids, alkali, oils and petrol


​2. XLPE foam: (Cross-linked PolyEthylene)

  • Absolutely flat surface suitable for lamination & fabrication

  • Excellent material for sound barrier / heat barrier & vibration dampening

  • Excellent resilience and chemical resistance

  • No weathering effect, non water adsorbent, resistant to moisture, fungi, bacteria and chemicals

  • High elasticity & flexibility

  • Durable, lightweight with high buoyancy

  • Easy to cut, fabricate, perforate die-punch, laminate, emboss

  • Excellent impact, abrasion, compression and tear resistant

3. LDPE FOAM: (LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE)

  • ​​Durable, lightweight and non-dusting

  • Flexible and elastic - Easy to cut, fabricate, wrap around, perforate and seal

  • High impact resistant - Crumble proof and relatively higher tensile/tear strength

  • Non-toxic and odourless. Resistant to moisture, fungi and chemicals

  • Unaffected by temperature ranging from -40°C - +70°C

  • CFC free – Environment friendly and completely recyclable

  • Special anti-static packaging PE foam grades available - ESD packing
